1. Who handles the data

The controller is UAB Floravitas, company code 126338896, address Jogailos g. 13/1, LT-01116 Vilnius, email floravitas@floravitas.lt.

2. Your data as the buyer

We use your name, email and phone number (which you confirm with an SMS code) to fulfil the order, send the order confirmation and issue the invoice. We ask for company details only when you tick “Buying for a company”.

We send no news by email unless you turn it on in your account's preferences.

3. Signing in with Google or Apple

If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares your name, email address and profile photo with us. If you choose “Continue with Apple”, Apple shares your name (the first time only) and your email address – the real one or a hidden Apple address that forwards to you. We never receive your Google or Apple password.

We use this to create your account and fulfil your orders. How long we keep it: Floravitas will confirm.

To unlink – in your account, under “Sign-in”, choose “Disconnect” (if it is your only way to sign in, set a password first). You can also end the link on Google's side at myaccount.google.com/linkedapps, or in your Apple Account settings, where the apps using your Apple Account are listed. Unlinking keeps your orders and details in your Floravitas account; you can delete them under “Data”.

4. The recipient's data

You give the recipient's name, phone number and address. We use them only for that delivery.

If you choose “Ask the recipient”, we text the recipient a link to type the address. That page gives the recipient the notice Article 14 of the GDPR requires – who handles their data, why, and where we got it.

If you switch on “Remind me in a year” for an order, we also show the recipient's name from that order in the yearly reminder we send you and under “Reminders” in your account, so that you know which gift it is about.

When you order flowers for a funeral, you also give the name and phone number of the person responsible at the ceremony. We use them only for that delivery.

5. Who sees the data

An order is seen by Floravitas and the florist who delivers it – only that order's data.

Paysera or PayPal handles the payment – whichever you choose; Floravitas does not see card details.

When you pay by bank transfer, Floravitas sees the payer's name and account as the bank statement shows them, and the transfer receipt if you upload or send it. We use them only to check the payment.

6. How long we keep it

How long order, invoice and recipient data is kept: Floravitas will confirm.

When an account is deleted, only a digest of the email address stays with your personal discount code; the address cannot be read back from it. It is needed only so that the same email is not given a code a second time.

7. Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. In your account, under “Data”, you can download an archive of it or delete the account.
